We loved good hot and delicious breakfasts and magnificent views!

the room was functional and newly renovated, we had a microwave and fridges.

The location near Chicago O'Hare airport was fantastic. Café Dunkin' being just 1 km away was a pleasant surprise. - Our mobility access room was ready upon arrival and had comfy beds, a microwave oven, and refrigerators. - the check-in process was easy, and the hotel had a family-friendly atmosphere. - Complimentary drinks were offered at the reception.

The venue is clean and fairly large with amiable and accommodating staff members. It has MAGNIFICENT, beautiful setting, short walk to the outlet mall and the outlet shopping. There's cool Dunkin' not very far from the hotel, make desserts etc.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven in the room. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Stunning and ideal location to the convention center we were attending in a pretty nice area. Easy check-in, parking on site.

The hotel was spotless and spacious, with a pull-out couch. Having a microwave and refrigerator in the room was very convenient. The location was central, near restaurants, shopping, local entertainment, O'Hare airport, a cinema. The staff was consistently pleasant and friendly.

The hotel provides brilliant meals. the family room is huge and comes with a great full breakfast. - the location is good, being close to the Donald E Stephens Convention Center, numerous casual and upscale restaurants, and the airport.

Restaurant staff was very friendly, but food was so-so. The toilet tank in the room kept running.

The location here was fantastic, within a short walk to O'Hare Airport and Sugar Factory, and we had a great time in our spacious, spotless room with super comfy beds.

Asked for maintenance on a television. It took an hour.

We had a wonderful time during our 2-day stay, the breakfast was delicious especially the made-to-order omelets, and the restaurant was really nice.

The first room was not equipped with a refrigerator as I was told it would be. It was not cleaned well and had dirt and hair on the floor. I requested another room. The second room was much better. However, our daughter became ill in the middle of the night (around 12 midnight) and missed the toilet as she threw up. We called housekeeping to see if someone could service our room and they said not until six in the morning. We called repeatedly after 6 in the morning for service and no one came until well after 9 in the morning. We could not use our bathroom at all. Our only alternative was to use the public washroom near the conference rooms on the ground floor. Our overnight stay turned into a nightmare.

The suite I stayed in had complimentary breakfast, a dresser, and a microwave all set up upon our arrival.

The convenient location to venue

Staryed 4 nights with no working vending machines and a TV in the bedroom that only worked on some channels. Mediocre food quality for breakfast. Gift shop/pantry not open after 8pm. We could not obtain a soda or bottled water without leaving the hotel. For over $200 per night with parking, I was highly disappointed.
